How Do I Purchase The Practice Test Software?

  • Orders Can Also Be Placed By Downloading The Practice Exam Of Interest. Once Downloaded, Please Start The Practice Exam And Click The "Buy Now" Button On The Main Menu.

How Soon Will I Be Able To Use The Software After Purchase?

  • All software products are delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download, install, and activate the software for immediate use.

  • If you do NOT receive an email after your purchase, please check your Spam folder. Also please verify that your email address was correctly entered during the checout process. Please contact us if you need further assistance.

  • On occassion, our payment processor may be delayed in processing your payment. If your payment has not been processed after one hour, please send an e-mail to our payment processor directly asking for a resolution.

  • CertGear Software Can Be Installed On Multiple Computers. However, In Order To Keep Our Costs Low, CertGear Issues Software Licenses For Each Product.

  • Each Original Licensee Is Allowed Up To 2 Software Licenses For Each Product.

  • For Instance, You Can Install The Software On A Home And Work Computer Concurrently.
